I see a lot of neat things on my dashboard everyday but this is one of the things I would actually use. (And Instapaper, which I use a lot.)
Ben and I were discussing number plates, and he suggested I move to a place where number plates are in Comic Sans. I don’t think such a place could ever exist outside of bad cartoons.
Anyway, I countered with a much better idea—number plates written in Wingdings. Imagine a highway patrolman running your tag with dispatch. “I need a check on Mississippi plate, MAILBOX AMBULANCE SMILEY AIRCRAFT POINTING FINGER.”
TV ads seem to have hit simultaneous highs and lows this year. I don’t mind commercials, I mind bad commercials.
This is one of the better ones, in my opinion.

I loved this show when I was a kid. I wanted to be Swamp Thing. What a fucking odd thing to aspire to be.

Very cool reminder. I saw this when it came out and thought it was pretty neat but hadn’t really used it. Still, cool to know.
